Dignity Dashboard is a browser extension that provides a customizable new tab experience with various widgets and features. We offer both free and premium subscription plans.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

Premium features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• No refunds except as required by law
• Price changes with 30 days notice

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Dignity Dashboard. You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works
• Share your license key with others
• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to bypass any limitations or restrictions

Premium subscriptions allow activation on up to 5 devices. You can manage your device activations from your dashboard.

All content, features, and functionality are owned by Dignity Dashboard and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
